A famous journalist wrote that certain terrorist organizations, including PJAK, are being supported by the USA to be used against Iran. The eminent American journalist, Seymour Hersh, wrote about the US' plan to take down the Iranian regime from the inside. Hersh includes quotes from a document entitled, "the presidential decision," signed by Bush. Hersh stated that the US Congress agreed on accelerating hidden operations to eliminate stability in Iran.
