CLARCOR Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

The CLARCOR Inc. (NYSE:CLC) Board of Directors at the June 23, 2008 board meeting declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share. The dividend is payable on Friday, July 25, 2008 to shareholders of record on Friday, July 11, 2008.
