By Martha Raffaele | Of The Associated Press A Dauphin County judge was asked Monday to quash subpoenas issued to some of the 15 journalists summoned to testify at a hearing on whether the secrecy of a grand jury investigation was compromised. Lawyers for The Associated Press and The Morning Call argued in a motion that those companies' news stories did not reveal any secrets of the investigation that led to perjury charges against casino owner Louis DeNaples on Jan. 30. The news reports were based on the reporters' observations of courthouse activity, public court records and interviews with witnesses and their attorneys, who are not subject to grand jury secrecy requirements, according to the filing.
