Police allege Tony Mokbel fled to Greece in 2006. (ABC) A woman accused of helping former fugitive Tony Mokbel flee Australia has been granted bail in the Melbourne Magistrates Court. Angela Nissirios, 43, from Burnside, is one of six people charged over Mokbel's escape. Police allege Mokbel fled to Greece in 2006. Nissirios faces charges including perverting the course of justice and dealing in the proceeds of crime. She did not enter a plea. Earlier today Tony Mokbel's court challenge against his extradition from Greece was delayed. Lawyers for Mokbel were expected to argue in the Melbourne Magistrates Court, that their client's extradition was unlawful because his appeal to the European Court of Human Rights was still pending.
