WAKAYAMA -- A man was arrested Saturday for posting a message on an online bulletin board threatening to blow up a theme park here, police said. Naoki Maeda, 23, a part-time worker from Nishiwaki, Hyogo Prefecture, is accused of forcible obstruction of business. He admitted to the allegations against him during questioning. "I did it on a whim," he was quoted as telling investigators. Maeda used his mobile phone to post a message on an online bulletin board on Thursday, saying, "I'm going to blow up the Wakayama Marina City on (June) 14," local police said.
