TIKKUN espouses a much different view of the Israel-Palestine conflict from what is commonly heard. It's different because it attempts to show both sides, both viewpoints, in regard to the 60 years of Israel's existence. The current issue of TIKKUN prints 44 articles on the subject of Israel's 60th birthday. These are articles written not only by Jews but also by Christians and Muslims, as well as one or two by secularists. Without exception, all profess the writers' great love of Israel and, almost without exception, all express grief at the Zionist history of violence and suppression of the hapless Palestinians.
