It's so wird that that there are more articles about economic consequences of the earthquake. And so few about people suffering. I can be wrong but it seems to cynic for me. I think that if the tragedy happened in US or Europe, there would be much less articles on economic impact but much more emphasis on human tragedy.
Jeff Jarvis has had enough of the endless, vacuous coverage: Nothing happens at the conventions. They are carefully staged spin theatre. The only reason for all these journalists to travel to Denver and St Paul is ego....
