Noah A. Thomas, Jr., of Marrero, Louisiana, pled guilty to mail fraud in connection with a scheme he devised to defraud his church (where he was pastor) of disaster relief funds granted in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, in order to use said funds for his own personal benefit.
