A leading terrorism suspect has been allowed to return home to London from "internal exile" in the Midlands despite secret evidence that he could take part in terrorist attacks or abscond. By Duncan Gardham, Security Correspondent For security reasons, the Home Office refused to disclose the secret evidence to the suspect, who is under a control order and can only be called BM. As a result, a High Court judge said the defendant was unable to challenge the terms of the order and should be allowed to return home from Leicester to East London. But the judge said he would have upheld the terms of the order if the law had allowed him to rely on the secret evidence.
