LONDON (AP) - Prince Charles says the death of a senior British army officer in Afghanistan is heartbreaking. Lt. Col. Rupert Thorneloe, commanding officer of 1st Battalion Welsh Guards, was killed by a roadside bomb in Helmand province on Wednesday. Eighteen-year-old Trooper Joshua Hammond also died.
