Michelle Obama visited a cancer care centre with Prime Minister's wife Sarah Brown on Wednesday as their husbands met at Downing Street. Wearing a green pencil skirt and cream sparkly cardigan by J.Crew, she arrived in a convoy greeted by a waiting press and centre staff. Mrs Brown, who accompanied the president's wife, looked equally elegant in a navy blue Britt Lintner dress, Astley Clarke jewellery and Russell & Bromley shoes.
