Apr 1 2009 by Staff Reporter, Liverpool Echo LIVERPOOL Shakespeare Festival returns this summer with the Bard’s greatest tragedy, Hamlet. The play will be performed at St George’s Hall from August 11-23. Lodestar Theatre Company, the organisation behind the annual festival, will also present Tom Stoppard’s Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead at Novas Contemporary Urban Centre (CUC) in September, with the two shows being performed “back-to-back” with the same cast on September 12-13.
