Holy crap! I have regular readers for this blog? I had no idea and that totally lets me know that the focus on this blog is extremely important. I am sharing this because there are so many of us out there who relate to this very important topic. There are so many different kinds of eating disorders - mine is binging. Some who are reading may be throwing up or not eating any food at all. I can understand the mindset for all of the those disorders. I wish I didn’t. But the reality is that I don’t understand how to be normal around food … and neither do you. So, this blog is becoming what I had hoped - helpful.
