What is it? Teach First was launched in 2002 to recruit exceptional graduates to work in some of the UK's most challenging secondary schools for two years at the start of their careers. Established as an independent charity, its central aim is to tackle educational disadvantage by harnessing the energy and enthusiasm of top university leavers to provide leadership and motivation in schools. The programme is supported by a wide range of employers including Deloitte, the Civil Service Fast Stream, Accenture and Procter & Gamble. What jobs are on offer?
