JOHOR BARU: Marine police seized contraband cigarettes worth about RM1mil and arrested seven suspected smugglers after a 15-minute chase off Kuala Sedili. Police patrolling the area spotted the cargo boat at 10.30pm on Friday. When told to stop for inspection, the ship’s crew refused to comply and sped off.
