Israeli forces disperse checkpoint rioters

Israeli forces at the Qalandiya checkpoint near Jerusalem say they were forced to disperse nearly 100 Palestinians who were throwing rocks at them Friday. Ynetnews reported that the riot north of the Israeli capital came during the first Friday of Ramadan, a religious observance for Muslims.
