Tropical Storm Josephine intensified overnight over the central Atlantic Ocean, forecasters at the U.S. National Hurricane Center in Miami said Thursday. The 10th named storm of the Atlantic storm season was about 465 miles west of the southernmost Cape Verde Islands at 5 a.m., with sustained winds near 60 mph, the forecasters said.
