Unions Demonstrate Outside of RG&E

Participants in a Labor Day Parade in Downtown Rochester paused briefly outside of RG&E to demand a new contract for IBEW Local 36 workers. About 400 members of that union have been without a new contract since May 31 when the last agreement expired.
