Brett Ratner wants Guitar Hero film

There are many video games which lend themselves to film versions, few of them have ever been pulled off though. Brett Ratner has set his sights on making a film of Guitar Hero. It doesn't strike me as a game that would lend itself to a film. And Ratner's plot idea hasn't changed my mind. Guitar Hero has become massively popular.
