Simplicity bassinets can kill infants, U.S. regulator warns

At least two tiny babies have been strangled to death in Simplicity 3-in-1 and 4-in-1 Convertible “Close-Sleeper” bassinets, the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission said.
