Police: Easton man posed as officer to gain sexual favors

An Easton man is facing criminal charges for allegedly posing as a police officer to gain sexual favors from prostitutes in Salisbury. In one instance, police say Charles Kilmon, 59, kissed and touched one of the women without her consent.
