NEW – Clark gets life in prison for murder of Holly Notestine By Bernie Hornick The Tribune-Democrat BEDFORD — After several outburst at his sentencing hearing Thursday, first-degree murderer Joseph Clark received a term of life in prison without parole. Judge Daniel Howsare also gave Clark five to 20 years for kidnapping, to be served concurrently, and four to 20 to be served consecutively for arson. At his second trial, Clark was convicted June 30 of the 2000 stabbing death of Holly Notestine of the Everett area. “This isn’t over,” Clark told the court.
