ViewPoint Bank to open new location in Euless, Texas

ViewPoint Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of ViewPoint Financial Group, has announced that it will open a branch office in Northeast Tarrant County , Euless, Texas, on August 28, 2008. According to the bank, the new branch is currently spotlighting absolute checking, ViewPoint Bank's new free checking account that pays up to 4% annual percentage yield with no minimum to earn interest and only a $100 minimum opening. The Northeast Tarrant County branch is the first of two ViewPoint Bank retail branches to open in 2008. A full-service office in Dallas' Oak Cliff area is set to open in the autumn of 2008 at Illinois.
