GlaxoSmithKline to Post Quarterly US Grants Report

PHILADELPHIA, August 21, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- GlaxoSmithKline today announced that, beginning in February 2009, the company will proactively report educational and charitable grants provided to US health-related organizations. The report will be updated on a quarterly basis and will include grants provided to various organizations including hospitals, teaching institutions, managed care organizations, professional associations, patient advocacy groups, and continuing medical education companies.
