Fulham had been holding out for a higher fee for Davis Fulham midfielder Steven Davis was on Thursday undergoing a medical as his much-delayed permanent transfer to Rangers neared completion. The 23-year-old remained in Glasgow after playing for Northern Ireland in their 0-0 draw with Scotland at Hampden Park on Wednesday. Davis spent the second half of last season on loan to Rangers.
