Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS) Changes For S&P Asian Indices

As announced on December 17th, 2007, the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS) annual structural review will be implemented after the close of business on Friday August 29th, 2008. Details of the restructure are available at Standard & Poor’s website www.gics.standardandpoors.com.
