Weeks, months after everyone expected, the lawsuit is filed against the company which put Leopard into a PC chassis Apple is suing Psystar, the intriguing little Miami-based company that first came to everyone's notice back in April with its promise to sell computers running Mac OS X "Leopard", but in a PC chassis. This, of course, would apparently break the End User Licence Agreement on Leopard, and so many people thought that Apple's fast-acting legal department would jump on it. Well, it's been more like a slo-mo kung fu panda sort of jump, but jump it nevertheless has.
