Kevin Weeks faces murder charge for death of West Terre Haute’s Loretta Keith By Deb Kelly The Tribune-Star TERRE HAUTE — The seating of a jury took just under three hours Monday in the trial of a man accused of bludgeoning an elderly woman to death more than 20 years ago. Kevin Mark Weeks, 44, wore a dark suit and a tie as he sat at the defense table listening to prosecuting attorney Eric Frey and defense attorney Juliette Stewart House question prospective jurors. Eight men and four women were seated, as well as two alternate jurors, both of whom are women.
