Kannapolis, NC - The Intimidators (11-7) tied the game at five in the eighth inning but fell on a walk-off home run from Columbus? Reid Fronk in a 7-5 loss to Columbus at Golden Park in the first-game of an eight-game roadtrip. The Intimidators trailed 2-0 in the fourth inning when Mark Fleisher connected on his fifth home run of the season. Fleisher?s dinger was a two-run shot that scored Eduardo Escobar and tied the score at two. The Intimidators tried to battle back again down 5-2 in the sixth inning. Fleisher had a sacrifice fly to score Escobar and Christian Marrero came through with a two-out RBI single to plate Jim Gallagher and cut the deficit to one.
