One person is dead and another in critical condition after a tragic boating mishap in Trenton. It's believed that four passengers were inside the vessel as it approached a partially demolished bridge spanning the Trent River near Dixon Rd Saturday morning. "About six o'clock, Quinte West Fire and Rescue got the initial call [that at] about 1:30am, a boat had crashed into a cement embankment on the river," outlines Sgt. Joe Ferish, in charge of Marine Operations for the East Region OPP. "One person is deceased, another person is in critical [condition], a third person swam to shore," he continued.
