(AP) -- The Army will let West Virginia prosecute two deserters, one from Newport News, accused of killing a Huntington minister before pursuing any disciplinary action of its own. Wayne County Sheriff David Pennington says the Army is putting disciplinary actions on the back burner. 22-year-old Spc. Daniel Smith and 19-year-old Pfc. Stephen Wilson of Cincinnati went AWOL from Fort Drum in New York in May. The suspects were arrested last week in Columbus, Ohio. They are charged with first-degree murder in the Rev.
