Speaking to media before Prime Minister three days visit to Hokkaido in Japan, to attend G-8 meet, where Dr. Manmohan Singh will meet United State President Hokkaido in Japan on July 9. He used word "as soon as we can" on Nuke deal but refused to describe time limit for this which even his political masters even not know.
