Erdogan to skip summit

KUALA LUMPUR: Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan will not be attending the Sixth Summit of the Group of Eight Islamic Developing Countries (D-8) hosted by Malaysia next week. The Turkish Embassy here said Erdogan would be represented by Foreign Minister Ali Babacan at the one-day summit on Tuesday.
