Bassil: Hariri should turn his words into practice

FPM Political Relations Officer Gebran Bassil commented on MP Saad Hariri’s statement following the latter’s meeting with President Michel Sleiman in Baabda Tuesday night. Hariri called on every concerned party to make efforts toward the establishment of the government and reiterated the army and the Internal Security Forces’ role in handling and resolving security issues, irrespective of political disputes in the country. Hariri also said there should be no winners and no losers created by the government’s formation, and promised that he and PM-designate Fouad Siniora would make contacts with the opposition to facilitate progress.
