NEW YORK, June 17 (Reuters) - YRC Worldwide Inc (YRCW.O: ), North America's largest trucking company on Tuesday raised its second-quarter outlook to include gains related to changes to certain retirement plans and a charge for an accident, sending its stock up 8.4 percent. After the close of regular trading, the company said it sees second-quarter earnings in the range of 55 cents to 65 cents per share, which includes 34-cent-a-share gains from the retirement plan changes and a 9-cent-a-share charge for an accident. The company's press release did not elaborate on the gains and the charge, and YRC could not immediately be reached for comment.
