Convenience store robbery suspect sought

By: News 8 Austin Staff Austin police need your help identifying a man they said robbed a South Austin convenience store. A man entered the Stop N Shop at 4901 South First Street around 11 p.m. Sunday and robbed the store with a shotgun, according to police. The suspect is believed to be 24-29 years old and weighs about 220 pounds. He is about 5 feet 9 inches tall and has multiple tattoos on both arms and right shoulder. He also wears a diamond earring in his right ear. The robber was last seen wearing a white tank top, long black shorts and a black baseball cap with a black and white checkered bill and gloves.
