Lakeland man gets 2 years in prison for rap song lyrics

Lakeland, Florida - A rapper who calls himself "T.O." was sentenced to two years in prison for violating probation with a rap song that threatened to kill two Lakeland Police officers. T.O., also known as Antavio Johnson, was already on probation for for possession of cocaine, but had violated his terms and was in the Polk County Jail. A Polk County gang detective found the lyrics on the Myspace page belonging to "Hood Certified Entertainment." T.O.'s song was called "Kill Me a Cop." He names two Lakeland Police officers by name.
