Police said the car had failed to stop at a checkpoint A man has appeared at Dungannon Crown Court charged with driving a car which crashed into a restaurant in Fermanagh. Twenty-six-year old Kevin Barry Slattery, from Rodgers Villas in Omagh, faced seven charges in connection with the incident in Lisnarick on 14 June.
