Justice Minister Calls for Understanding on New ID Card Issuing

Sumbe — The minister of Justice, Guilhermina Prata, appealed to citizens on Wednesday in Sumbe city, coastal Kwanza Sul province, to be comprehensive about factors that might influence the acquisition and issuing of the new Identity Card (ID). In declarations to the press after the inauguration of the new system, made by the governor of Kwanza Sul , Serafim do Prado, minister Guilhermina Prata pointed out the communications that might influence the confirmation on the database for issuing the new ID, human factor and the law. "We need to recognise that there are some constraints to the confirmation on the database of the central system that has been hindering the handing over of ID cards to citizens on time", he said.
