Latin American Herald TribuneAug 24--Colombian police arrested in Bogota one of the FARC rebels implicated in the kidnapping of the three U.S. citizens rescued in Operation Jaque in July 2008, and in the slaying of another American and a soldier of this Andean country’s army, security officials said Saturday.
