It's findings could be explosive, says Beatrix Campbell The public inquiry into the assassination a decade ago of the human rights lawyer Rosemary Nelson was about to open its doors in a blank Belfast office block to witnesses last year when a new and eccentric story began to circulate. It abandoned the theory accepted by virtually everyone close to the case - that Nelson's killers were probably a Belfast bomb-maker and veteran mid-Ulster loyalists, including people who had been British agents and a serving member of the British army.
