Luanda — The head of the Southern African region of the International Federation of the Red Cross (IFRC), Francoise Le Goff, arrived Sunday in Luanda for a four-day work visit to Angola, aimed at assessing with local authorities matters relating to humanitarian actions carried out by the government and by the institution.
