MOSCOW, October 11 (RIA Novosti) - Russian tennis star Marat Safin said Saturday he was happy his semifinal opponent in the Kremlin Cup had pulled out, as he could now watch Russia play Germany in their World Cup qualifier. "Of course, it is a bit better to not play and go into the final than play in the semifinal," Safin said, adding that he was going to devote his evening to watching the soccer game.
