NASA’s Phoenix Mars Lander has been digging and excavating Martian soil with its nearly 8-foot-long robotic arm. New images, like this one in 3D, show the trenchwork taken on Oct. 7. Here is a stereo, panoramic view of various trenches dug by NASA’s Phoenix Mars Lander.
