Oktoberfest keeps Fourth Street hopping Over at one of the crowded picnic tables set up on the Fourth Street sidewalk, Leonard and Beverly Abramson were sampling the brats, covered with sauerkraut and smeared with mustard. "We were watching the ball game on TV and when the game ended, we didn't have anything to do so we came down here" to Oktoberfest from their home in Louisville's East End, said Leonard Abramson, 85, a retired appraiser. "And it's so beautiful today," said Beverly Abramson, a retired therapist, glancing at the blue sky as German music from a Cincinnati group called the Polka Dots spilled from the speakers. "Say thank you dear and give her roses for all she does in every way," was one of the lines sung by Mark Brueggeman, who also played the saxophone, with Dave Hughes on the accordion and Ben Geers on drums....
