Mystery surrounds the nature of the latest installation in the Tate Modern's Turbine Hall. But its creator, Dominique Gonzalez-Foerster, can reveal that it is hugely ambitious. She talks to Alastair Sooke. 'Some months ago, I used to wake up in the silence of the night to think about what I was going to do," says Dominique Gonzalez-Foerster, the 43-year-old French artist who is about to unveil a new installation in Tate Modern's Turbine Hall.
