ITT Elects Ann Davidson Vice President

The Board of Directors of ITT Corporation (NYSE: ITT) today announced it elected Ann Davidson, ITT’s chief ethics and compliance officer, a vice president of the corporation. Davidson, 56, joined ITT in 2007 and served as the general counsel of ITT Defense before assuming her current position.
