Indians shine at BMC Gold race, pocket three gold

London (PTI): Indian middle and long distance runners Chatholi Hamza, Sajeesh Joseph and Sinimol Paulose put up a good show at BMC Gold race competition, grabbing gold medals in their respective events at Watford. Hamza won men's 1500m race clocking 3:40.90s, beating Steve Davies (3:45.92s) of Belgrave and Daniel Pettit (3:48.27s). Sajeesh Joseph timed 1:48.25s to win the men's 800m race ahead of Tim Bayley (1:49.2s) of Belgrave and Chris Moss (1:49.39s) of Cardiff. Sinimole Paulose won the women's 800m with a timing of 2:03.87s, pipping Rachael Ogden (2:05.97s) of Worthing and Ingvill Makestad ( 2:06.92s) of Norway.
