Tests fail to work out precisely how three people died. (DBS Publishing: Supplied) An investigation of an Adelaide Hills nursing home has failed to find the cause of a gastroenteritis outbreak. Three people died in the outbreak of salmonella poisoning at Hahndorf Residential Care Services. Two more remain in hospital.
