Football recruiting: Louisiana Tech football lands top-notch receiver from Arkansas

Cruz Williams, a wide receiver from Pulaski Academy (Little Rock, Ark.), appears to be bound for Louisiana Tech after originally signing with Arkansas. Williams is a three-star recruit according to Rivals.com. "I got my release from Arkansas, and I will be at Louisiana Tech," Williams said. Williams said he has soured on the Razorbacks since Bobby Petrino took over for Houston Nutt. Petrino left the NFL's Atlanta Falcons to coach Arkansas after Nutt resigned from the Razorbacks and took the head coaching job at Ole Miss.
